Building Permits

The Town of Buena Vista does not have an internal Building Department. Instead, it contracts out to Chaffee County for issuance of building permits. The application that Buena Vista requires is for a Planning Clearance only. The Planning Department is concerned solely with planning and zoning matters as they relate to your building project.
