CCRA | Vision Statement
The vision for the airport is to become a recognized economic engine for the Town of Buena Vista and Chaffee County. Specifically, the airport will develop its infrastructure to accommodate business and military turbine aircraft and establish the airport as a transportation hub for on-demand passengers and cargo and the airport will explore the UAS market and opportunities to develop a niche market for this burgeoning industry.

AMENITIES
Executive Hangar
The main hangar, at 12,974 square feet, suits most aircraft storage needs. The hangar is available for transient traffic and high-altitude testing. Other recent infrastructure additions to CCRA include: a full hangar kitchen for testing teams, two new bathrooms equipped with showers, and a high-speed Wi-Fi network with extenders that reach to the aprons for in-aircraft flight planning.
Pilot Lounge
The pilot lounge in CCRA’s terminal has shower facilities, an adjacent flight planning room overlooking the main hangar, and free Wi-Fi. In fact, CCRA’s terminal, hangars, and all points in between are a Wi-Fi hotspot. Look for the ‘Airport" WiFi connection and get started. Rest, recuperate, and get back into the skies refreshed.
FBO Main Lobby & Outside Quad
Our main FBO lobby has plenty of comfortable seating, a TV with streaming news / weather, and an unrestricted view of the Jet Pad. Our outdoor quad has benches and a picnic table if you prefer to eat or relax outside. Cold, bottled water is always available and the coffee is always on! Stop in the summer and enjoy free ice cream.
